Approximately 30 minutes from the Los Cabos International Airport.

Climate

With hot summers and mild winters, The Mexicali Valley rates some of the highest summer temperatures. June to October is the hottest time of the year with a risk of hurricanes. February is the peak month for whale watching and perhaps the best time to visit is from the end of October to early December and from March to April when the wind subsides. Grey Whales migrate from mid-January to late March and are the best months to be in Baja.
