Have the ultimate bucket list adventure and experience a world of beauty and adventure on the Ultimate Southern Caribbean experience with Celebrity. Your round trip will start from Fort Lauderdale and take you to Antigua, Barbados, St. Lucia, Martinique, and Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Day 1 - 3
Begin your journey with a 2 night pre-cruise stay in Loews Miami Beach in a City Skyline View Room. This hotel is situated in the city’s vibrant Art Deco District and is only steps from the ocean. Savor mouthwatering authentic local cuisine of Miami at the hotels delectable restaurants, relax in the spa, and lounge by the pool.
Day 4
The cruise will begin at Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Before you head off be sure to experience all this coastal city has to offer. Stroll the famous beachfront promenade, or head downtown to Las Olas Boulevard where you can enjoy lattes in outdoor cafes, shop at stylish boutiques, and see concerts at the performing arts centre. Why not head out to the Everglades and enjoy Flamingo Gardens, which is home to pink flamingos, black bears, alligators, and Florida panthers.
Day 5
Set sail on your Celebrity Cruise® where you can relax before your first stop. Pamper yourself with a treatment at the spa, savor delicious cuisine, relax by the pool, or explore the venues on board.
Day 6
Dock at St. Johns, Antigua. Discover beautiful beaches hidden among the numerous cliffs and bays. This diverse landscape is perfect for eco-adventurers. Spend the day swimming and snorkeling with gentle stingrays, take a breathtaking catamaran trip, or sunbathe on one of the beautiful pristine beaches. There are a variety of unique shops where shoppers will find Caribbean fashions and local crafts.
Day 7
Next stop is Bridgetown in Barbados. Find your sense of adventure with a variety of water sports including jet skiing at the lively Mullins Beach, paddle boarding at Pebbles Beach, or surfing at Atlantic Shores. Don’t miss the chance to experience a safari into the Barbados Wildlife Reserve where you may spot green monkeys, a rare sight outside of Africa. Explore Harrison’s Cave from a tram where you will see stalactites, stalagmites, and underground streams.
Day 8
Dock at Castries, St. Lucia. Be sure to check out Pointe Seraphine, located near the port, where you will find duty-free goods as well as Castries Central Market which is stocked with native spices and hand-made crafts. Discover the best of St. Lucia on a highlights tour to the Castries Market, historic Catholic church, city square, and Caribelle Batik. Alternatively, why not take a leisurely coastal cruise past Marigot Bay.
Day 9
Continue your cruise experience with the next stop at Fort De France, Martinique. Fort De France is the island’s capital in addition to being the biggest city in the French West Indies. Here you will experience a mix of French and Creole cultures, narrow streets, and wrought-iron balconies in addition to a magnificent volcanic landscape. Savor beautiful cuisine at the local restaurants, visit museums, shop at the boutiques, and explore the historic Fort Saint-Louis. Visit Saint-Pierre, located up the coast, which is a town with roots in the 17th century and is the 1502 landing site of Christopher Columbus. Down the coast, explore coral reefs with tropical fish on a guided snorkeling or diving excursion to Anse Dufour Beach and the Bat Cave.
Day 10
Next stop is Basseterre which is the capital and largest city of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Here you will discover French and English colonial architecture, stunning beaches, and lush landscapes amongst soaring mountain peaks. Visit the Circus, a roundabout lined with local shops selling artisanal batik clothing, leatherwork, and weaving. Also be sure to visit Independence Square which is the site of the stately courthouse and cathedral. Located west of Basseterre is the 350 year old Romney Manor estate, with beautiful gardens with exotic plants and an amazing saman tree it is a must visit. Another thing not to be missed is the UNESCO World Heritage site Brimstone Hill Fortress which towers 750 feet above the Caribbean.
Day 11 - 12
The next day is a day at sea onboard the Celebrity Equinox where guests can recharge with world class amenities from all their adventures at each stop.
Day 13 - 15
The cruise will finish back in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Then you will spend the next two nights back at the stunning Loews Miami Beach hotel before heading home.
