Food is a crucial part of any expedition and AE Expedition ensures that guests are not disappointed! All meals are prepared by the expert onboard chefs with a range of different dishes on offer. The Greg Mortimer features two restaurants: the main restaurant serving buffet-style family meals with an à la carte dinner menu and the Tuscan Grill, the new reservations-required concept restaurant. The Sylvia Earle also boasts two restaurants Gentoo, the main restaurant, serving buffet-style breakfasts and lunch with an à la carte dinner menu and the Rockhopper, a steakhouse-style restaurant where reservations are a must. Tea, coffee and snacks are also available 24 hours a day and a range of house wine, beers and soft drinks are included with dinner.
