Day 1 - 4
Arrive in Barbados and transfer to The Colony Club where you will stay for three nights. Explore Bridgetown, the captivating capital of Barbados, which combines faded colonial history, rich tradition, and vivid white beaches plucked directly from your wildest imagination of Caribbean perfection. Discover the many beautiful aspects of this island, from its rugged Atlantic coastline to its beautiful great houses, cane fields, exquisite gardens and glorious beaches and don’t miss the chance to explore the island’s spectacular underwater treasures on your own snorkeling expedition.
Day 5
An almost mythical utopia of stunning beaches, rustic rum shacks, and bays so scenic you feel like you're intruding - Bequia Island is an island mirage capturing the imagination of Caribbean perfection. With just 6,000 locals living here, this is a real and unspoiled experience as you quickly start to recognize the same smiling faces, welcoming you with outstretched arms. The glorious and often deserted beaches offer pure golden sand, and hillside sweeps of forest and almond trees, all ensuring that Bequia Island is an extraordinary feast for the senses.
Day 6
Dock at Fort-de-France, Martinique's capital. With its narrow streets and iron grill-worked balconies, this city brings to mind New Orleans or Nice. The island features a varied landscape, from quiet beaches to lush rain forest to imposing Mont Pelee. The largest of the Windward Islands, Martinique is 4,261 miles from Paris, but its spirit and language are decidedly French, with more than a soupçon of West Indian spice.
Day 7
Deshaies’s natural, sheltered harbor, the deepest of the Caribbean, has always attracted seafarers. Long ago it was a haven for buccaneers, and it’s said there’s still hidden treasure on the island. Postcard pretty, with painted wooden creole homes, gathered around a little church, it won’t take you long to discover Deshaies’s - a hidden gem.
Day 8
Cherry red roofs, yacht-sprinkled bays, and a sophisticated French flavour all add to the gorgeous Caribbean allure of Gustavia. The island's capital rolls around a horseshoe-shaped harbor, where gleaming yachts hover and fancy shops, bars, and restaurants buzz with life and clinking cutlery. Head up to red and white Gustavia Lighthouse to look down over the revered waters, which attract many a celebrity guest and diving enthusiast to these shores.
Day 9
The next port is breathtaking St. Johns, Antigua. Antigua is blessed with an abundance of shining white beaches, and many of these have sprouted top-end resort hotels that engender golf courses and other amenities counted among the best in the Caribbean.
Day 10
Explore St. Lucia, a land of vibrant color, from the tranquil turquoise water surrounding it to the verdant green peaks of the famous soaring volcanic plugs - The Pitons; which give this mesmerizing island its form. Waterfalls thunder in the jungled interior, should you successfully drag yourself from St. Lucia's gleaming beaches and dive spots - where patchworks of colourful fish dance below the waves.
Day 11 - 14
Return to Barbados for a three night post cruise stay at Fairmont Rioyal Pavilion, giving you the chance to explore more of this beautiful island before returning home to the UK.
