Airspace over UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq and Kuwait has been temporarily closed resulting in regional disruption. Flights to and from these countries are experiencing delays and cancellations with no confirmed timeframe yet for the resumption of services. We fully appreciate the concern and uncertainty this situation may cause for both you and your clients. For customers currently in resort, we are advising that they follow the latest FCDO guidance and monitor their flight status closely. Our specialist teams are conducting welfare calls to provide support and assistance where needed.
For customers due to travel within the next 72 hours, we kindly ask that they regularly check their airline’s “Manage My Booking” portal for the most up-to-date flight information. Our teams are proactively prioritising these bookings and will be in contact where travel plans are impacted if we haven’t already done so.
