In the evening, take an exhilarating, culinary scooter tour. Ride through city streets and experience the best Saigonese cuisine, including an exquisite seafood dinner. Finish the evening at the city’s night markets with a taste of Saigon’s coconut ice cream.

The following morning, visit Cu Chi and its rugged grounds. Learn about the intricate, underground network of tunnels created by locals during the war. Experience them with a crawl underground (optional). Above ground, discover how the residents defended themselves with bamboo traps and camouflaged pits.

The following day, leave the city behind to board a boat along the Mekong Delta. Catch a glimpse of daily life, including floating fish farms, and experience a traditional folklore performance. Explore the riverside promenade and its garden, where you can taste famous Vietnamese honey. Then get closer to nature on a sampan boat as you are rowed through a hidden maze of water palm canals before stopping off for lunch.
