place DAY 1 - Auckland

Auckland

Arrive into Auckland and spend a convenient first night at the Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport. It is time to rest after the journey ready to collect your motorhome feeling refreshed the following day.

Auckland

Collect your Maui Beach 4 Berth motorhome and begin your New Zealand adventure. Stock up on favourite snacks, unpack and enjoy the novelty of your home on wheels. Keep the rest of the day relaxed before settling into a holiday park for your first night on the road. 

place DAYS 3 - 8 - North Island

North Island

Travel through New Zealand's North Island. Begin in Waitomo where a glowworm cave tour reveals a magical undergorund world. Continue to Rotorua and spend two days discovering geothermal landscapes, Māori culture, woodland walks, forest canopies and lakeside picnics. Explore Lake Taupō, enjoying Huka Falls, waterside walks and relaxed family time with the added benefit of having your own kitchen on board making it easy to stop for lunch whenever a lovely view catches your eye. As you journey back to Auckland, stop at Hamilton to explore its imaginative themed gardens. Spend the final night at a holidat park close to the airport ready for an early drop off the following day.

Auckland to Rarotonga

Return the motorhome and fly to Rarotonaga before transferring to Te Manava Luxury Villas for a four night stay in a two-bedroom Ultimate Pool Villa.

Rarotonga

Wake up to unhurried breakfasts and days shaped around whatever your family enjoys most. Spend time on the beach beside Muri Lagoon or head out on it on a lagoon cruise with child friendly snorkelling. Discover Cook Islands cultute though an optional evening of music, dancing and local food, or head out and explore the island together. Back at the villa, enjoy relaxed meals and afternoons around your private pool - the perfect opportunity to unwind after your New Zealand adventures.

Rarotonga to Auckland

Enjoy a final breakfast before transferring to the airport, taking home memories of extraordinary landscapes, island discoveries and time together. On arrival in Auckland, spend a final night in the city before departing for the journey home the following day.
