The shining star, Florie's is the only restaurant in the country by Michelin-distinguished chef Mauro Colagrecco. It is here he delivers live-fire cooking that meets sustainable ingredients that showcase the style of the Mediterranean. For a more relaxed setting, Florie's Terrace is the spot for elevated breakfast and lunch guided by seasonal flavours, while Seaway adopts the true spirit of Palm Beach with a seafood menu and tropical salads served below the sea grape trees. Various other outlets make for the perfect casual bite. Afternoon treats are a must at Cocoanut Cafe while beverages and bites can be served poolside or directly onto the beach.

Play

Make a splash at either of the two pools, one for adults-only, where lounging becomes an experience. Dotted with cabanas, sunny service delivers way more than expected as gelato carts, fresh fruit salads and Bellinis are dotted around the water. Prefer the sand? Steps from the resort is Palm Beach's best private beach. Acres of soft, open sand is simply made to relax, roam and unwind. It's here guests will find the water sports team who are waiting to organise the perfect day on the waves with paddle boarding, boogie boards and more.
