Overview

The Lodge at Bryce Canyon, one of the few lodging options located inside the stunning Bryce Canyon National Park, offers a variety of rustic rooms and cabins that cater to both individuals and families traveling to Bryce Canyon. Rooms are spacious offering two queen beds, a simple private bathroom and a private porch or balcony. Cabins boast the additional cosy comfort of a gas fireplace and are located in secluded woodland.

While staying at the lodge, guests can enjoy two on-site dining options. The Lodge at Bryce Canyon Restaurant, a 180-set grand dining room or for a quick bite guests can head to Valhalla Pizzeria & Coffee Shop.

With the original 1925 structure still intact, there is an authentic rustic feel to the lodge's spaces which can be felt in the comfortable lobby seating area, in the dining room and in the gift shop. Wooden chairs have pride of place in the outside areas, perfectly placed for visitors to sit, relax and breathe in the fresh air and beautiful scenery. With no in-room TVs, air conditioning and limited Wi-Fi, the lodge provides a tranquil retreat.

Just steps from the iconic views of the Bryce Canyon Ampitheater, The Lodge at Bryce Canyon serves as a basecamp, whether you want to embark on an adventure with incredible hikes or relax under the stars at one of the most remote Dark Sky parks in the U.S. The lodge's enviable location inside the national park, near the canyon rim, makes this a popular choice for anyone looking to explore the geological wonders of the area.

Climate

Utah is one of the driest states in the country with a desert-like climate. Summers are very hot whilst winters can get extremely cold. Temperatures of up to 40 degrees celsius are not unusual in the peak summer months. In the winter temperatures drop to below freezing. The best time to visit this state is during autumn or spring when more mild temperatures allow for exploration.
