Go on an exquisite culinary journey at Sugar Beach – dinner is served each evening in the elegant surroundings of the Great Room Restaurant. Choose dishes utilising freshly-caught seafood or tender Kobe beef with a red wine jus. The Terrace Restaurant, located on the ground floor of the Great House, serves breakfast and lunch on the terrace overlooking the azure waters of the ocean and the lily pond. Beachside dining is available at Bayside Restaurant, located on the white sand beach. Savour a-la-carte dining for lunch and dinner. After-dinner drinks are served in one of three chic bars and lounges. The Cane Bar plays host to its very own “rummelier” who assists in the selection of native and international rums.

Average temperatures range from 25 to 35 degrees and St Lucia is generally considered a year-round destination, however August to November sees the highest rainfall. December to March are the driest and busiest months and it’s recommended to book flights and hotels well in advance over this period.
