Elevated by the best vantage point, Sea View Rooms are designed to take full advantage of one of the island's most spectacular natural assets, the beautiful blue waters of the Indian Ocean, with luxurious yet contemporary décor and private balconies.

For a truly royal stay, choose an elegant and spacious One Bedroom Hill View Suite or One Bedroom Sea View Garden Suite and wake up to an inspiring landscape every morning - the perfect escape from the stress of daily life.

Named after the famous French explorer, La Capitaine Lazare Picaut, Café Lazare offers healthy breakfasts, themed buffet dinners and everything in between - it's a great place just to drop in for a quick coffee.

Indulge in a unique gastronomic experience at L'Indochine, with its exquisite fusion of flavours in a stylish, understated setting, before enjoying sundowners on the beach at Windsong Beach Restaurant or at Planters Bar and Lounge.

Dive in and explore the colourful and marvellous underwater world of the Seychelles, one of the world's best diving spots, and discover crystal clear water, multi-coloured corals and tropical fish. Although diving remains the best way to get up close and personal with the underwater world, snorkelling and kayaking are great alternatives and equipment is available from the water sports pavilion.

The Olympic-length swimming pool is truly the heart of the resort; relax by the pool with light refreshments or simply unwind and go at the island's slow pace. Those keen on a rendezvous with Lady Luck can visit the casino, featuring slot machines, roulette, black jack and poker, for a fun evening in a unique atmosphere.

Kempinski The Spa offers a journey inspired by the European cycle of the seasons. A diverse collection of spa treatments are designed to revitalise, relax, re-balance, re-energise or simply just pamper. Treatment rooms are located in a traditional bungalow house, from which guests can enjoy the serene view of the lush tropical garden, also the perfect place to unwind in post-treatment.

With dedicated staff to plan and oversee different activities for the little ones at the kids club, and even a shaded wading pool, young guests will have time of their lives. Children under 4 can join in the fun with a parent, and babysitting is also available, allowing parents time to indulge in a spa afternoon or a romantic meal.

Warm but slightly wet, December to March is one of the Seychelles' high seasons, while June to September offers cooler, dryer weather although winds can stir the waves and wash seaweed onto unprotected beaches. April, May, October and November, normally calm and windless, are perfect for those looking to escape the high-season crowds. However, the temperature usually remains above 25°C all year.
