Spacious and filled with light, each villa opens up 180 degrees to allow the natural beauty of the Maldives inside. Villas are filled with striking Maldivian elements - art pieces and contemporary custom made interiors.

Both the beach and water villas offer a large freshwater pool on the sun deck, a hanging Maldivian swing, an outside day bed, a soaking tub and rain shower and incredible ocean views.

The island's restaurants and bars offer outstanding dining in wonderfully informal settings - no shoes are required. Perched on stilts over the lagoon, the signature restaurant is shaped like a dhoni (a traditional Maldivian sailing boat). Guests dine on the 'deck' where the team of chefs deliver an island influenced menu of locally inspired and sourced dishes.

The Shoreline Grill serves up fine cuts of meat, fresh local fish and seafood, simply cooked and beautifully presented while the all day dining restaurant offers the perfect tropical breakfast, comfortably casual lunches and beautifully presented dinners.

Watch dolphins play on the surface of the turquoise ocean or visit Hanifaru Bay where manta rays and whale sharks bask in the shallow warm waters of this UNESCO world biosphere reserve (when in season).

Snorkel through the house reef alongside turtles, colourful tropical fish or maybe even a passing friendly shark, or take a traditional Maldivian sailing boat and head off to explore coral reefs and deserted islands. Laze by the infinity pool or do nothing but chill out on the beach.

Blissful relaxation for body and soul takes place in the four over-water treatment suites of the spa where the scents of coconut, lime, sea salt and herbs, inspired by the ancient healing traditions of the Maldives, soothe guests into perfect serenity. An open-air pavilion hosts complimentary daily yoga or meditation sessions for complete rejuvenation of mind, body and soul.
