Getting There

Arrival Airport

Langkawi International Airport

Approximately 25 minutes from Langkawi International Airport

Protected by Malaysia's mainland to the east and the Sumatra to the west, Langkawi enjoys more sunshine, dry spells and stable weather than the rest of the country. The high season in Langkawi is between January to March, prefect for outdoor activities, but not so good for viewing the island's famous waterfalls. This is the hottest and most humid time of year, but calm seas offer a welcome escape.
