Eat

In-Tent dining lends a new meaning to dining by the camp-fire. Here in the rainforest of Bali, seasonal sustainably-farmed ingredients are the mainstay of dishes served up in the intimate setting of this Asian barbecue experience. Other dining options include Mads Lange – the camp’s split-level dining room named in honour of the Dutch Spice Trader, Mads Johansen Lange, where tasty seasonal and sustainable dishes are served up. For lighter daytime snacks or a handcrafted cocktail, take a pew at The Mortar & Pestle Bar. Or enjoy a comforting cup of hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows at The Camp Fire – a captivating spot in the jungle where silent black and white depicting Bali during the 1800’s are shown. Don’t miss Api Jawa where the Robatayaki Grill is central to exciting Asian barbecue food.
