Accommodation is in one, two or three bedroom villas. Set on the perfectly white sandy beach, often visited by the indigenous sea turtles and tropical birds, the villas blend effortlessly with their surroundings. Bedrooms and living areas are lavishly appointed but remain the epitome of understated elegance, while the luxurious bathrooms feature outdoor tubs. Outdoors, guests can relax on expansive deck areas with private plunge pools.

The restaurants at The Brando, Beachcomber Café and Les Mutines, feature dishes from the imagination of 2 Michelin starred chef, Guy Martin. The food elegantly balances Polynesian inspired dishes with classic French cuisine and east/west fusion using only the freshest ingredients, including fruits and vegetables from the resort’s own gardens and orchards.

The resort is also home to two bars - Te Manu Bar and Bob’s Bar. Te Manu sits on the second floor and offers guests private, treetop seating areas and spectacular views of the lagoon while Bob’s, in its relaxed beach setting, is perfect for an early evening cocktail.

Every villa at The Brando comes with a kayak, a paddleboard, an outrigger canoe, snorkelling gear and bikes for each guest – perfect for exploring the trails around the main island.

Explore the lagoon above the water or don a mask and snorkel to marvel at the astounding array of sea life and tropical fish. Guests can learn more about Tetiaroa’s ecosystems by taking a tour with a local naturalist and even contribute to the islands’ conservation by helping to monitor the health of the fragile reef.

The Polynesian Royal Family came to Tetiaroa to relax and indulge in beauty rituals. Guests can follow in that tradition at the Varua Te Ora Polynesian Spa which offers holistic treatments inspired by international and Polynesian techniques. The Spa is an oasis of calm with a tea lounge, quiet areas, a waterfall and a steam bath to further promote complete inner peace.

Children are welcome at The Brando and special programs have been developed for children aged between six and twelve. Fun activities and educational adventures will introduce kids to the incredible natural diversity of Tetiaroa while helping the resort to highlight the importance of eco-sensitivity.
