The rooms here are spread throughout five pavilions and are elegantly stylish with a simple yet contemporary design. Pale wooden floors, crisp bed linen, black and white photography and bespoke works of art revealing the Charlevoix in a time gone by, create welcoming spaces with every creature comfort catered for including flat screen TVs and Nespresso coffee makers, some also offer beautiful views and outside space. Wooden framed beds, glass encased rainfall showers and standalone bathtubs sit within the unique architecture and room choices include large family rooms with bunkbeds, studios and signature rooms filled with character and truly spacious suites.



Hotel Le Germain offers in-house guests two wonderful dining experiences with Le Bercail and Les Labours. Les Labours is currently open for breakfast and there is no doubt it will set you up in style for the day ahead. Focusing on highly seasonal produce the head chef has created a breakfast and brunch menu with exceptional local provenance. Le Bercail also creates superb dishes from the abundance of local produce, including their renowned pizzas. With the town of Baie-Saint-Paul, which is home to some excellent local restaurants, only a five-minute walk from the hotel, guests will certainly not go hungry.


In addition to all the wonderful activities, the hotel is also home to the Spa Nordique, a Scandinavian inspired spa with a Finnish sauna, eucalyptus-scented steam baths, Nordic shower with water at 11c and an outdoor thermotherapy circuit of hot and cold bathing pools. For those who are yet to be convinced by plunging into cold pools, the unique snow fountain produces finely crushed ice, which can be gently massaged into the skin after a heat treatment. There is also a menu of massages and skin care treatments for the full wellness experience.
