Approximately 30 minutes by car and boat from minutes from Abu Dhabi Airport. The resort's private 10-minute boat crossing runs every hour between the island and Saadiyat Island, which is fast becoming Abu Dhabi’s playground. From here, it’s only 15 minutes by taxi to the city centre’s malls, or Abu Dhabi’s Cultural Quarter. Zaya Nurai Island can also arrange private boat charter or helicopter trips from its own helipad – for those who wish to see the city from a different angle.

Sunny blue skies and high temperatures can be expected most of the year. Rainfall is sporadic, falling mainly in winter (November to March) and averaging 12 cm per year in most of the emirate.
