Thailand

Bangkok is a bustling, vibrant and exhilarating city which offers a myriad of captivating sights, sounds and smells. Here visitors can experience all aspects of Thai culture, including the richly decorated Grand Palace and Thailand's only remaining authentic floating market. Bathing in the clear waters of the Andaman Sea, Phuket offers jungle-covered hills, rubber plantations, paddy fields, soft powdery beaches, stunning waterfalls, limestone cliffs and is a haven for the watersports enthusiast.

Located on Thailands east coast, Koh Samui has developed from a popular backpackers resort to a trendy, up-market destination for the discerning traveller yet still maintains a laid-back atmosphere. Its character is created by a number of beautiful crescent-shaped beaches, coconut plantations, tiny fishing villages and ornate Buddhist shrines. Koh Samui enjoys a reverse weather pattern to Phuket and many parts of Thailand, generally offering a perfect climate during our summer months.

Forming part of the Golden Triangle, Chiang Mai has an enchanting position on the banks of the Ping River and has acquired the label, Rose of the North. Chiang Rai, where the borders of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos meet is renowned for its hill tribes and from there one can meander down the famous Mekong River into Laos. The Golden Triangle offers bamboo forests and orchid blooms, elephant treks and nature trails, longtail boat trips and genuine Thai tradition.

Approximately a three hour drive from Bangkok, the traditional fishing village of Hua Hin is renowned for its magnificent beach, the oldest golf course in Thailand and a renowned Night Bazaar.

About an hours flight south of Bangkok, Krabi offers some of the finest beaches in the whole of Asia with its trademark magnificent limestone rock formations towering above them. Ideal for watersports enthusiasts, it also has two national parks, waterfalls, mangrove forests and caves. Krabi Town offers a selection of shops, markets and bars, while the main beaches are best accessed by longtail boat taxi.

A ferry ride from Phuket or Krabi, Phi Phi is a stunningly beautiful hideaway, offering dazzling white beaches and amazing underwater coral formations. Breathtaking rock formations and enticing turquoise waters ensure that this is a utopia for beach lovers and watersports enthusiasts.
