Guests approach this amazing resort by river boat down the Ruak River and upon arrival are able to overlook three countries simultaneously. The furnishings and décor are so utterly unique and are reminiscent of nineteenth century adventure expeditions.
There are fifteen luxury tents, each with hardwood floors, handcrafted furniture, mosquito nettings, hurricane lamps and a two-person hand-hammered copper bathtub. Each generously apportioned tent is very privately positioned, is fully air-conditioned and has the benefit of a sundeck with daybed, two massage tables and an outdoor rain shower.
To access the Spa, restaurant and two bars, guests stroll beneath bamboo trees and jungle ferns across a suspension bridge. Pastimes include taking a trip to one of the local villages, embarking on a Mekong River excursion, riding one of the six resident elephants or relaxing in the Spa.
Prices based on 2 persons sharing a Luxury tent on a full board basis and valid for stays between 1st June and 30th September 2011. Price includes private road and longtail boat transfers. Please contact us for alternative dates and departure airports.
