Having won a host of international awards, Al Maha Desert Resort is an idyllic, exclusive oasis set within a 225-square kilometre desert conservation reserve.
Built in the style of a traditional Bedouin encampment, the main building is testimony to a way of life which has not changed in thousands of years. Framed by the Hajar Mountains in the distance, this is a place of unique contrasts. Luxurious individual suites with private pools, fine dining, exquisite wines, panoramic skyscapes and indigenous flora and fauna are set within wide open plains.
On-site activities include guided desert safaris and walks, falconry, archery, camel trekking and horse riding. Dune driving and historical and architectural tours in and around the Hajar
Mountains are also available.
Prices based on 2 persons sharing a Bedouin suite on a full board basis and
valid for departures between 22nd May and 15th July 2012. Price includes return
