Pick up from hotel in South Bali, visit Batubulan to see the Barong Dance show, a traditional mixture of Balinese music, drama and dance. Shop for bargains at Celuk, the silversmith capital of Bali, before calling at Mas, a charming village with a woodcarving heritage. Head to the Goa Gajah elephant cave, then the Ubud Royal Palace and art market.

After breakfast call at Kertagosa the old hall of Justice, visit Goa Lawah bat cave and the quaint fishing village of Kusamba. Other stops include Tenganan, a traditional Bali aborigine village, Karangasem Palace which dates back to the 19th century, visit Tirtagangga the royal water garden, built in 1947 by the King.

This morning travel to Besakih, one of the most important and holy temples in Bali, then travel through the mountains to Kintamani to see the beautiful lake and active volcano. Later travel to Meduwe Karang Temple dedicated to the male counterpart of the rice goddess Dewi Sri before calling at Beji Temple.
Overnight at Puri Bagus Lovina Hotel.
After breakfast, call at Banjar Hot-springs and Buddhist Vihara, visit Munduk waterfalls and Twin Lake, followed by Temple Lake in Bedugul. Later buy some local produce at Candi Kuning fruit and vegetable market before followed by a stop at the rice terraces of Jatiluwih.
